01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and taya465 ("taya465," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the taya465 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at taya465.com and through the taya465 mobile application.

By accessing the taya465 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the taya465 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the taya465 platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the taya465 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing taya465 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of taya465 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the taya465 platform or any affiliated gaming platform.

taya465 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by taya465 may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Any player found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity will have their account immediately terminated, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) taya465 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your taya465 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
• Register the account in your own legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify taya465 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

taya465 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where taya465 reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

taya465 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through approved payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as listed on the platform from time to time. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your taya465 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• taya465 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• taya465 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the taya465 account.
• taya465 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements.
• taya465 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to withdrawal.
• taya465 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

taya465 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• taya465 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to taya465 support immediately. taya465 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus amounts.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the taya465 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained professional dealers under controlled conditions. taya465 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all Filipino players.

• Game outcomes on taya465 are determined by certified RNG systems that are independently audited for fairness and randomness.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels on the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, taya465 will apply its standard malfunction policy, which may result in the voiding of the affected game round. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• taya465 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software fault, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. taya465 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya465 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the taya465 platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the taya465 platform for financial gain.
• Using the taya465 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the taya465 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward taya465 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the taya465 platform or its underlying software.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya465 platform — including but not limited to the taya465 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of taya465 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya465 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any taya465 content without the prior written consent of taya465.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya465 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the taya465 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by taya465 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or the voiding of game rounds.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the taya465 platform.

taya465's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya465 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

taya465 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their taya465 account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

taya465 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Abusive behavior directed at taya465 staff or other players.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. taya465 is not obligated to return funds where the account has been closed due to fraud or a material breach of these Terms.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact taya465 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. taya465 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe. Complaints may be submitted to [email protected].

taya465 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a taya465 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
